R&D Formulation

For Food Supplement products, a full service is provided within the scope of new product development and product improvement activities in our R&D and P&D laboratory.

Our laboratory, which is capable of developing products in liquid, capsule, soft capsule, sachet, tablet, effervescent tablet, sublingual tablet, chewable tablet and powder forms, carries out scale-up and process development studies with pre-formulation, pilot production laboratory, stability cabins, analytical development laboratory areas. 

Quality Control and Microbiological Tests

Raw materials arriving at our warehouse are transferring to the quality control laboratory in accordance with the sampling procedure, and if the analysis results are suitable, they are approved for entry.

Raw materials are analyzed using certain control criteria based on EP current methods.

These controls are visual control, solubility control, density determination, moisture determination, pH determination, viscosity determination. 

The controls done for finished products are; visual control, solubility control, volumetric and quantitative control, moisture determination, pH measurement, density determination, viscosity determination, hardness determination, diameter-thickness measurement, quantity determination.

Intermediate process controls are carried out during production and the operability of the process is constantly kept under control.

The approval mechanism operates continuously in the processes from raw material acceptance to the final product stage, in case of any non-conformity, necessary corrective-preventive actions are initiated and continuous improvement studies are carried out for our processes.

Microbiological analyzes of our products as semi-finished and finished products include Total Aerobic Microbial Count (TAMC), Total Mold-Yeast Count (TMYC) and pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella, which are important for our health.

(In addition, water analyzes are performed using the membrane filtration method.) 

Suitability is monitored by microbiology experts.

Contract Manufacturing

By reviewing the product formulation, we provide raw material supply, pilot production, packaging design and selection of appropriate packaging, and provide services in all processes from the formulation of the product to its launch on the market, including commercial production, licensing and obtaining legal permits.
